As the Senior Management Accountant for the division you will have ownership of:
Monthly performance
Financial control and governance
Management responsibility

Responsibilities

Responsibility for the Month End close process
Preparation and consolidation of the North America Assurance P&L and Balance sheets
Prepare all necessary journal entries (with sign off as required for material, non-recurring, non-transaction input)
Prepare, Assist and Review of the Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Participation in the balance sheet review process, including detailed reviews of key balance sheet accounts such as accrued income
Provide base level variance analysis against the prior year, budget and forecast
Lead the bonus/sales commissions workings process
Lead the NA Assurance Intercompany process alongside Group Finance.
Upload results into Hyperion for consolidation.
Compile the consolidated Management Reporting Pack in Hyperion.
Overall delivery of commentary within the pack
Involved in providing information for the Budget, forecast and 3-year plan

Yourself

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing.
3-5+ years' of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
CPA preferred
